High Performance Hybrid Turbocharger for Audi S3

This Audi S3 hybrid turbocharger is designed as a high performance evolution of the factory K04 turbocharger, offering significantly improved airflow and power potential while maintaining factory-style installation.

With a 54mm compressor inducer and matching turbine wheel, this turbocharger moves substantially more air than the standard unit, allowing the engine to safely produce well over 450 horsepower when correctly tuned.

Billet Anti-Surge Compressor Wheel

The compressor wheel is manufactured from forged 2618 aircraft-grade aluminium, precision machined from a solid billet alloy block.

Race Proven Bearing System

Each turbocharger is subjected to a 3-stage precision balancing process to ensure optimal reliability and performance.

The final stage involves high speed balancing on our in-house Vibration Sorting Rig (VSR), performed to motorsport tolerances. This ensures the rotating assembly remains stable at extremely high RPM levels.

This process helps deliver:

Installation & ECU Tuning

This turbocharger is a direct replacement for the factory Audi S3 K04 turbocharger, making installation straightforward.

However, due to the significantly increased airflow capability:

⚠️ A professional custom ECU calibration is required.

Off-the-shelf ECU maps are NOT suitable for this turbocharger.

With the correct supporting modifications such as upgraded fueling, intercooling, intake and exhaust systems, this turbocharger can reliably produce 450+ BHP.

WARNING: This turbocharger features larger wheels and is not compatible with standard ECU calibrations or off-the-shelf maps/flash files. Use of this turbocharger requires a fully custom ECU calibration (custom/live mapping).

Failure to correctly custom-map the ECU may result in poor performance, ECU fault codes, and engine and/or turbocharger damage. Damage resulting from incorrect or absent ECU calibration is not covered under warranty.

All warranty claims are subject to return-to-manufacturer inspection. If an issue is determined to be caused by application, installation, or tuning rather than a manufacturing defect, warranty will be denied and any remedial work will be chargeable.
