If you are not 100% happy with your order or have simply changed your mind, you may return this to us. Items must be returned unopened and in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Please download and complete a Returns Form and include with your return.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 5 working days, whether you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

In circumstances where you consider that a product is damaged, you should contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product or a refund. We cannot send out a replacement or process a refund without receiving back the original item.
Some items may incur a restocking fee. Any special order parts or genuine turbochargers are subject to a 10% restocking charge. Please contact us before purchase if you would like more information on the restocking fee.

Please ensure you return your items via tracked delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items that we have not received.
Refunds do not include any shipping charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipment.
