These unit are are assembled and balanced in our own UK workshops with quality aftermarket upgraded components from our Worldwide supply chain, and totally transforms the performance of the vehicle.

WARNING: This turbocharger features larger wheels and is not compatible with standard ECU calibrations or off-the-shelf maps/flash files. Use of this turbocharger requires a fully custom ECU calibration (custom/live mapping).

Failure to correctly custom-map the ECU may result in poor performance, ECU fault codes, and engine and/or turbocharger damage. Damage resulting from incorrect or absent ECU calibration is not covered under warranty.

All warranty claims are subject to return-to-manufacturer inspection. If an issue is determined to be caused by application, installation, or tuning rather than a manufacturing defect, warranty will be denied and any remedial work will be chargeable.

To enable power outputs required and to ensure reliability, we upgrade the units as follows:

Compressor Wheel - Enlarged lightweight billet performance compressor wheel included small nose, increased inducer efficiency and extended tip technology

Turbine Wheel - Increased TD04 shaft thickness and enlarged turbine wheel (Hi Flow 9 Blade option also available)

Bearing Systems - Enlarged TD04 bearings, with increased oil flow, 360 degree Enlarged thrust pad, staggered gap oil seals

Wastegate - Stainless steel enlarged high temperature wastegate assemblies

Balancing - All units are 2 stage balanced with final balance undertaken at high speed in real world conditions to motorsport tolerance. This allows us to ensure not only the unit performs correctly, but also that no leaks are present nor is there excessive noise.  A balancing certificate is included with each Turbocharger.

WARNING:  ENLARGED 50mm/2" INTAKE PIPES ARE REQUIRED, STANDARD INTAKE PIPES WILL NOT FIT THESE TURBOCHARGER.  CUSTOM MAPPING IS ALSO REQUIRED FOR CORRECT OPERATION
