K06 Hybrid Upgrade Cartridge Kit for the Vauxhall Astra VXR 2.0 Z20LEH Turbo.

This kit includes a genuine OE compressor housing that has been inspected and chemically cleaned before precision CNC-machined to accept our K06 upgrade cartridge. The K06 upgrade catridge is built by ourselves in our own workshop with all brand new top OE quality parts and is VSR balanced to ensure optimum performance.

This CHRA utilitses the following specifications:

• K06 billet "mixed flow" compressor wheel, including "Extended Tip Technology" (This ensures the maximum possible airflow for the size of wheel)
• High boost, large pad upgrade 360 thrust bearing (over 20% larger than OE and includes high flow oil galleries)
  
• High boost large pad upgrade stainless steel thrust washer (over 20% larger than the OE)
• Full back high temperature turbine shaft and wheel (webbing between the blade base to improve core strength and divert excessive temps.
  
• Reverse thread shaft nut (ensures nut cannot loosen in normal working conditions)
• High temperature step gap staggered oil seal (ideal for uprated boost applications or low backpressure exhausts (de-cats,large bore))
  
• Precision VSR balanced.
• Maximum advised boost pressure - 22-24psi
• Expected BHP - 340-360BHP (correct mapping and engine modifications required at these levels)
