Postage and Packaging At RADesigns we realise the importance in fast delivery. Chances are 75% of our customers are off the road and need their unit/part urgently. For this reason this is why we have concentrated on our dispatch and postage options.
Average dispatch: If you place an order for a stock item before 3pm, it will be dispatched the SAME day. After 3pm will leave the next working day
Delivery times: Dependant on the service you select will obviously depend on delivery timescales 2nd Class we aim to have to you from 3 working days , 1st by the next working day/48 Hours Special delivery is GUARANTEED by 1pm the next working day. We can offer a Special delivery for Saturday for an extra £3.00 on top of the special delivery price applicable International is around 5-10 working days
All items are sent with insurance for the value of the orders replacement and proof of postage is aquired. If you have not received your item within 10 working days (28 outside of uk), please contact us to investigate the delay. Replacements will be sent dependant on circumstances and investigation outcome.
 Returns Policy We understand that you may not require your product once purchased or that simply your circumstances may have changed, for that reason we offer a returns policy.
Return you unused/unopened product within 7 days of receipt and we will refund you for the cost of the product without any quibbles....
Warranty
All New, reconditioned or exchange Turbochargers come with a 12 months warranty inc CHRAs. This warranty covers all parts and labour for the item supplied. All warranty claims are subject to inspection at base to find faliure and are subject to Warranty terms and conditions (available on request) Warranty returns must carry a valid returns number together with warranty request form and all associated fees must be cleared prior to inspection Terms and Conditions Please refer to our terms and condition page.
